Im on a low carb, Atkins induction phase diet, is it okay to have these vitamins?

It says Central-Vite
Multivitamins/Multiminerals
Dietary Supplement

Is this okay to take one daily?

Just look to see if they have carbs. Its actually better to take a multi-vitamin with diets (because even though they work, they are never perfectly balanced).

This is my view…if the vitamin only has 2 carbs in it, take it and don’t worry about "adding" it to your carb count. To many people freak about the 1 or 2 carbs in things like aspirin or gum. You’ll burn those just walking to your car….

Make sure its a good vitamin though. I just read something about a bunch of vitamins that are actually bad for you. yuk! :(

If they are chewable, they might have carbs. If they are not chewable, they should be ok. Look at the label and see if they have carbs.

Here is my suggestion, Dr Atkins wrote many books about the Atkins Diet. Each book has a section on vitamins and supplements, I suggest you pick one up.
