There is a lot of hype about the acai berry lately. The fact is there are uncountable plants on this Earth that have not yet been evaluated for their herbal and medicinal content. It should come as no surprise that discoveries like the acai berry are still being made today.
Do you remember the French Paradox – high consumption of red wines by the French people yet low rates of coronary diseases. This was due to the antioxidants in red grapes. It has been found that the darker grapes have higher levels of antioxidants than the lighter ones. The acai berry is a very dark fruit with its own high levels of antioxidants. It also contains some essential fatty acids like olives and of course it has fiber like all fruits. In addition it also has its own blend of minerals and vitamins. So yes it is good for you.
But it is not a miracle cure for anything. When the fad dies down the acai berry supplements will still be around. There is some good in them. The antioxidants, essential fatty acids and fiber does contribute to improving your immune system and digestive system. This can result in improved health, more energy and yes this could contribute to some weight loss.

Number 1: DO NOT TAKE FREE OFFERS,Why?They bill your credit card bye bye,If you want something it has to be logical,Acai is a super fruit but don’t expect the 50 lbs a month scam,It just doesn’t work like that,1-5 lbs a week is logical,Some exercise into it is good.
Number 2:Check out what they have in that supplement,You don’t want them adding extra stuff into it,Or make sure it’s pure.
Number 3:Make sure they have warnings like for example,Don’t take this supplement if you’re on medication and so on.
Number 4:If it goes for less then $3 for a very strong product=Scam most of the time.
Number 5:Go for a wide variety don’t just stick to one product.
If you want to check a good example of those supplements and care products here’s a site.

Nope….. the acia berry is a berry and it works the same as a blueberry and blackberry and all berrys. It is an anti-oxidant and has nothing to do with burning fat….. nothing. This has been proven also. Every year a new scam comes out, wonder what it will be next year?? Dont fall into the hype of the greddy businessman selling something that dosent work just to make money. Only diet and exercise will help you lose weight.
no, there is no miracle pill, if so then why isnt every one ripped and built
Acai berries can be useful because they contain antioxidants but no, they can’t burn fat at all.
Acai has lots of benefits but it doesn’t actually "burn fat".
